Coconut and date balls contain just two ingredients and they are super healthy. Perfect for snacking, lunch boxes or to satisfy your sweet tooth. Kid’s would love making and sharing them too!
3 cups desiccated coconut
2 cups dates

- Grind 2 cups of coconut and dates for 3-4 minutes on high speed blender/food processor
- Take out the mixture from the blender and roll into small sized balls.
- Now roll the balls in remaining 1 cup of desiccated coconut.
Notes: you can roll these in more crushed nuts, sesame seeds or even cocoa powder.
